HVAC Project Sales Representative Job Summary:

SitePro Solutions seeks an experienced HVAC sales executive for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a leading provider of mechanical contracting services in Phoenix, AZ.  As a project sales executive,you will be responsible for targeting commercial, industrial, manufacturing and institutional markets by calling on CEO's, building owners and upper-level management.

About the Work:

  • Secure and maintain a number of major accounts by providing a consultative sales approach focused on improving customer business results and achieving a green facility.
  • Uncover opportunities within client facilities (including lighting, energy management and HVAC) to improve productivity and reduce operating expenses
  • Propose innovative, technical and process improvement solutions by leveraging a network of resources
  • Develop and maintain key relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support

Skills/Qualifications You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Proven, stable employment record in HVAC sales
  • Thorough understanding of HVAC mechanical systems
  • Ability to proactively estimate, propose and sell HVAC systems
