Meta is creating some of the world’s top energy- and water-efficient buildings. These data centers vary from 450,000 to 970,000 square feet and cost $750 million to $1 billion each.

Phoenix Children’s
Phoenix Children’s is expanding throughout the Valley. The hospital is building a new emergency facility in Avondale, AZ. The project is ongoing through 2024.
Phoenix Children’s will provide a 24/7 emergency department and offer 75 pediatric specialties. We are proud to be part of construction projects that improve the local community and provide patients with essential healthcare facilities.

Lucid Motors
Lucid Motors is rapidly expanding in Casa Grande, AZ. The expected completion date is Q4 2024.
The expansion is anticipated to boost Lucid’s current production of 34,000 vehicles per year to nearly 90,000 vehicles per year. The 2.4-million-square-foot project is bringing jobs to the area and driving the company’s mission to deliver electric vehicles to thousands of customers.

Caesars Republic
The new Caesars Republic hotel in Scottsdale, AZ, will be 11 stories tall and feature 256 rooms. The expected completion date is Q1 2024.
The hotel will be Caesars Entertainment’s first non-gaming hotel. Restaurants, a rooftop pool and lounge, conference rooms, and wellness services will be included.

UPS
UPS constructed a $180 million distribution facility in Goodyear, AZ. The facility included more than 970,000 square feet of advanced operational technologies and sortation equipment. Completed in October 2021, the facility brought over 1,500 jobs to the area.

Amazon
Amazon constructed a 569,301-square-foot section of its Phoenix, AZ, logistics center. Completed in December 2020, the center is part of a 1.3 million-square-foot campus. The building handles some of the highest demand for the e-commerce company.

Great Wolf Lodge
