Bonus Amounts by Position

With our referral program, ambassadors and applicants earn a bonus.

  • $1,500 Direct Hire Management/Office Roles
    Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Superintendent, C-Suite Level Roles, Service Manager, Estimator, Senior Estimator, Construction Manager, VDC Manager, Safety Manager
  • $500 Direct Hire Non-Management Level Roles
    Service Technician, Foreman, Field Technician, Project Coordinator, Project Admin, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Safety Engineer
  • $250 Contract and Contract-to-Hire Roles
    All contract and contract-to-hire positions qualify. E.g., Electrician, Plumber, HVAC, Cable Technician

Referral Bonus Qualifications

  • The SitePro Solutions Referral Bonus Program is effective November 21, 2022. All referrals submitted on or after this date are eligible for the referral bonus.
  • The person referred must be hired by SitePro Solutions and work 160 hours for contract roles and 90 days for direct hire roles to receive the referral bonus.
  • Active SitePro Solutions employees and non-employees can participate in our bonus program.
  • Unlimited referral bonuses are allowed per person.

Legal Policy

To qualify for the SitePro Solutions Bonus Program you can only refer a listed position: Field Roles: Service Technician, Foreman, Field Technician, Project Coordinator, Project Admin, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Safety Engineer, Non-Field/Office Roles: Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Superintendent, C-Suite Level Role, Service Manager, Estimator, Senior Estimator, Construction Manager, VDC Manager, Safety Manager, and Contract Positions. Your referral(s) must be new and cannot have previously worked for SitePro Solutions; Your referral(s) must be hired by SitePro Solutions and work a minimum of 160 hours for contract roles or 90-days for direct hire management/non-management roles to receive your referral bonus; Referral bonuses will be paid one time per referral; This program excludes any SitePro Solutions, Inc. employee whose work responsibilities include recruitment, hiring, or selection of new employees; Each referral is subject to a one-time payment, and the referred-candidate may not be referred an additional instance; Payment will be made directly to the employee’s currently indicated method of payment; Referral requests must be done on your own time and not as a part of your regular work duties; This program is strictly voluntary, and there is no obligation to participate or refer any candidate to the referral program; Referral program may be canceled at any time.
